Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our AI development services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once project work has commenced. Each project is scoped and built specifically for the client, and resources are allocated from the moment work begins.

2. Pre-Work Scope & Payment Schedule

Before any charges are made, AI First Forge LLC will provide a detailed scope of work and a clear payment schedule. No payment is due until you have reviewed and approved the project scope in writing. This ensures full transparency before any work or billing begins.

3. Dispute Window

If you believe a delivered milestone does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, disputes must be raised within 7 days of deliverable submission. Disputes raised outside this window will not be eligible for review. All disputes must be submitted in writing via email to legal@aifirstforge.com and include a detailed description of the issue.

4. Milestone-Based Payments

Payments are structured around project milestones as outlined in your project agreement. Payment for each milestone is due upon your approval of the delivered work. If a milestone is not approved, the dispute process in Section 3 applies.

5. Cancellation

Projects may be cancelled by either party with 7 days written notice. If you cancel after work has commenced, you are responsible for payment of all work completed through the cancellation date. AI First Forge LLC reserves the right to retain deposits for work already scoped or begun. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for full cancellation details.
