1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using AI First Forge services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. AI First Forge is operated by AI First Forge LLC, a company registered in the state of Wyoming, United States.

2. Services Description

AI First Forge provides custom AI development, automation solutions, and consulting services. We specialize in creating AI wrappers, workflow automation, and system integrations tailored to your business needs.

3. Payment Terms

Project fees are determined during consultation and range from $8,000 to $22,000. Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain 100% ownership of all custom code and models developed for your project. No vendor lock-in applies. AI First Forge LLC retains rights to general methodologies and frameworks used.

5. Limitation of Liability

AI First Forge LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

6. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. Client data is handled with strict confidentiality and used only for service delivery purposes.

7. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled by either party with 7 days written notice. If Client cancels after work has commenced, Client is responsible for payment of all work completed through the cancellation date. AI First Forge LLC reserves the right to retain deposits for work already scoped or begun.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our AI development services, we do not offer refunds once project work has commenced. A detailed scope of work and payment schedule will be provided before any charges are made. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of deliverable submission. 9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of the State of Wyoming.
